JLL Moves Valuation Services to Key St. Louis Building

By on December 5, 2018

From REJournals:  Commercial real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle is expanding its presence in downtown St. Louis with plans to move its valuation and advisory services division from Clayton, Missouri, to One Metropolitan Square, where the company’s brokerage, property management and project development services divisions are currently located.

The firm has approximately 150 employees in the St. Louis market. To accommodate employees in all service lines, as well as future growth, JLL will relocate from the 20th floor to a new custom office on the 29th floor of One Metropolitan Square. The move is tentatively planned for January 2019.

David Steinbach, managing director of JLL’s St. Louis office, said, “One Metropolitan Square has served us well for as long as we’ve been in St. Louis, so it makes sense to consolidate our operations and bring all of our service lines and employees here under one roof. We see great things happening downtown and we are proud to recommit to an area that we consider to be the core of the St. Louis Metropolitan region.”
