HBA Awards Winners Announced

By on April 12, 2019

The Home Builders Association of St. Louis & Eastern Missouri (HBA) announced the winners of its annual HBA Awards Program (formerly the Sales, Marketing & Construction Awards) on Thursday, April 11 at a ceremony at Bogey Hills Country Club in St. Charles, Mo. The HBA Awards Program honors excellence in the home building industry and is divided into three categories: Homes of the Year, Marketing & Advertising and Personal Achievement.

A recent rebranding and revamping of the program included updating entry and judging criteria and applications to better align with The Nationals, an awards program through the National Association of Home Builders. Seven new awards categories were added and member messaging was improved to help communicate the inclusivity of the program in regard to HBA membership. The competition stakes were high this year as the program saw a 24 percent increase in submissions.

The HBA Awards Program was judged by HBA members of Southwest Illinois and Tampa, Fla. Click here for more information about award categories and judging criteria.

The HBA is a local trade association of more than 600 member firms representing the residential construction industry.
