Cortex Unveils New 4220 Duncan Building

From NextSTL:  Cortex hosted a celebration of its latest development at 4220 Duncan today (May 10). Designed by HOK, the new five-story, 182,000 square foot building will house a 41,000 square foot expansion space for Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC), a Microsoft Technology Center where companies can learn how to integrate Microsoft products with their business (30,000 square feet), BJC Healthcare’s new WellAware fitness center that will be open to the public (16,000 square feet), Accenture (7,000 square feet), a new Innovation Hall Powered by Venture Café St. Louis (15,000 square feet), The Chocolate Pig restaurant and catering, and other yet to be announced tenants. May 10, 2018 [ST. LOUIS] – Wexford Science & Technology, LLC today introduced the next phase of its development in St. Louis at the Cortex Innovation Community during a sneak-peek celebration of its new 4220 Duncan building.

Designed by architecture firm HOK with a uniquely modern design, Wexford’s 4220 building is five stories and 182,000 square feet of multi-tenant commercial space, featuring a two-story atrium lobby, a full-service restaurant, indoor and outdoor event and conference space, and a full-service health club. Construction was led by Tarlton and began in early 2017.
