From The Telegraph:  City Foundry STL continues to attract notable tenants to its Midtown location, this week announcing a new event space concept by Butler’s Pantry, a new office lease with Great Rivers Greenway, and five new food vendors for the Food Hall at City Foundry STL.

The 15-acre mixed-use development is set to open in the spring of 2020.

“From the beginning, this project has been about creativity and vision. Our team took a former industrial site and is transforming it into a hub for tenants and guests who appreciate modern concepts in food, commerce, and entrepreneurship,” said Steve Smith, principal owner of City Foundry STL and CEO of Lawrence Group. “We are thrilled these local business owners share our confidence that City Foundry STL is the most inspiring, exciting place to be in St. Louis.”

Butler’s Pantry’s 18Rails event space sits near a historic hub of 18 rail lines that connected St. Louis to an ever-expanding nation. Butler’s Pantry will transform the former factory space into a chic-industrial venue capable of entertaining up to 700 people. The conveniently located facility will offer free parking, state-of-the-art technology, and hospitality from a catering firm with more than 50 years of St. Louis event experience.

“We are thrilled to join the incredible team of vendors at City Foundry STL,” said Richard Nix Jr., President of Butler’s Pantry. “This is an exciting addition to our city, and we can’t wait to unveil our plans for innovative event experiences at this venue.”
