Bill Priesmeyer Rejoins Bloomsdale Excavating Executive Management Team After 6 Years with Nexus Construction Service Group

Bloomsdale Excavating has announced that William “Bill” Priesmeyer has rejoined the Bloomsdale Excavating Company team as Vice President of Preconstruction.  Prior to rejoining the company, Bill was an instrumental team member for Nexus Construction Service Group, a sister company to Bloomsdale Excavating.  Bill’s role while at Nexus Construction Service Group was Vice President, Engineering Services.  In his new position at Bloomsdale Excavating, Bill will be responsible for business development, project selection, procurement, contract bidding compliance, and contract negotiations. As Vice President of Preconstruction, he also works very closely with Vice President of Operations regarding actual methods/costs of ongoing projects as compared to methods/costs prepared by pre-construction services to carry out the common goal of a successful project from inception to completion.

Bill holds a B.S., Civil Engineering, University of Missouri at Rolla.  He is also a Registered Professional Engineer as well as a Registered Professional Surveyor with the State of Missouri.  With more than 30 years’ experience, Bill has worked on projects including, the Design/Build Westgate Access Road at Fort Leonard Wood, MO; the Washington University East End Campus Transformation project in St. Louis; the 1.2 million square foot Walmart distribution center in St. James, MO.; the Stanberry Reclamation project near St. Joseph, MO and the Westside Marketplace in Rolla, MO. To name a few.

Bloomsdale Excavating, a wholly owned subsidiary of Heptacore, Inc., founded in 1946 by Marvin Drury provides excavation, grading, site utility and concrete services for the residential/ commercial, quarry/mining, landfill, public construction sectors.  Bloomsdale provides construction services across Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas.
